Its been a busy few months since my last post... amongst other things Amanda and I got married (twice) and I just spent nearly two months on the river. We're mid way through the 2008 season and its been one of our best to date. Our June float trip was one of the best ever with abundant taimen, taking readily on the surface. Highlights of the trip included David Frizzell landing a 130cm taimen on the first morning; Tyson Kan and Andrew Leahy hooking over a dozen taimen over a mornings fly-fishing in one run; and Tyson hooking a 107 cm taimen on a stimulator and landing it after 30 minute fight on a five weight.
"Great trip I don't think I will ever top it. Thanks again for all your hard work, it was everything I could ever want from a fishing trip. I will be sure to visit again." Tyson K
